Shipping/Post & Packing

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, there are restrictions on some products that are deemed hazardous and which either (a) can only be sent subject to a shipping surcharge; or (b) cannot be shipped at all.

If you instruct us in the Comments box to allow your order to be left elsewhere (e.g. "with a neighbour", "in your porch", "by the side of your house" etc.) if you are not in when your delivery is made, we will not accept liability should your order go astray and will not refund or resend your order. Similarly, we will not accept any liability for loss or non-delivery of an order if you do not provide your correct address and postcode when placing your order.

It is solely the customer's responsibilty to be aware of and to pay any import duties and taxes

The shipping rates for the items we sell are calculated per order and final destination. The store's software enables you to calculate the shipping charge at the View Cart stage before you proceed to the Checkout stage.

For delivery adresses in mainland England, Wales or Scotland Lowlands the postage & packing charge is £3.95 per order.

For Scottish Highlands, Islands & N.Ireland the automated charge is £12.50 as we usually need to send by carrier rather than Royal Mail. However for small, light orders please phone us and we will process a manual transaction with a reduced postage charge.

For delivery addresses within the EU our system calculates a transport cost based on the specific destination country.

For European counties outside the EU a customs administartion charge is included in the transport cost.

If you prefer to contact us before you place an order we can estimate the shipping costs and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and our shipping partners to be used. This suggestion is particularly appropriate for all delivery addresses outside Europe.



Returns Policy

You may return items within 7 days of delivery, for a full refund of the item's price, as long as we receive it in fully resaleable condition. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g.you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, However, in most cases you will receive a refund much more quickly.

If you need to return an item please first telephone us to discuss the problem and to agree a plan of action. We recommend you use a 'Signed For' service when returning goods.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
