Perfect for our need which does not involve starting races, but scaring children! We use the starter as a demonstration of a gunshot in educational settings and it is the perfect tool as the size makes it unobtrusive during demonstrations.

  5. Loud and reliable. 4 Star Review

The Olympic 6 is well made for the price, and Turner Richards price is a lot lower than most. The revolver is loud with the little 6 mm crimped blanks and the fact that you can use .22 long blanks on very windy days is useful.
The double action trigger pull is a bit heavy but in single action the trigger is much lighter.
With care and little or no dry firing it should last for years.
I would give it 5 stars but the new models have a shorter cylinder which looks a bit odd to me .

Well made and inexpensive gundog training aid, quite loud with 6mm short blanks and nice to have the option of using .22 long blanks on windy days.
    Good bird scared too.
